Dolores Wallace

Practice Administrator

With over a decade of experience in medical practice management, Dolores Wallace brings an exceptional level of expertise to Westside Plastic Surgery. As Practice Administrator, Dolores ensures that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, overseeing everything from patient scheduling to staff coordination.

Her background in healthcare administration and her passion for patient satisfaction make her an invaluable part of the team. Dolores is committed to making sure each patient’s experience is seamless and personalized, working behind the scenes to ensure all operational aspects support our mission of delivering the highest quality of care. Her warm, approachable demeanor helps foster an environment where patients feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Dolores loves long distance running and has maintained a daily run streak since April 27th, 2019. An avid foodie, she enjoys spending time with her husband Todd and her two daughters, Marli and Presli, who are both currently attending Texas A&M (GigEm!).

With a strong background in nursing and a passion for aesthetics, Maddison is dedicated to providing top-tier patient care. Originally from San Angelo, TX, she brings warmth, expertise, and a keen eye for detail to every step of your transformation journey. Her goal? To ensure you feel comfortable, confident, and well-informed from consultation to recovery.

When she’s not in the office, Maddison loves soaking up the sun at the lake or beach, discovering new restaurants, and bringing her competitive edge to the pickleball court! She’s all about fun, connection, and making every experience memorable.

Michelle

With a strong background in consulting and aesthetics, she brings invaluable experience and a deep passion for helping patients feel confident and informed every step of the way. From your first consultation to your final reveal, Michelle is your dedicated advocate, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey.

Outside the office, Michelle stays busy as a proud boy mom to two amazing sons (7 & 12) and recently celebrated a big milestone—buying a home in Mansfield, TX! She loves traveling, attending country concerts and festivals, trying out new restaurants, and embracing the great outdoors through camping and adventure. And while most people binge-watch TV shows, Michelle is all about documentaries—because why not learn something new every day?
