Dolores Wallace
Practice Administrator
Dolores brings over two decades of experience in medical practice management to her role as Practice Administrator at Westside Plastic Surgery. With both a Bachelor’s and MBA in Business Administration, she combines strong business expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare operations. She oversees daily practice functions, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, coordination, and exceptional patient care.
Known for her commitment to patient satisfaction and her warm, approachable nature, Dolores helps create an environment where patients feel comfortable and supported from their first interaction. Outside of work, she is a dedicated long-distance runner with a daily run streak since 2019 and has completed four marathons. She enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time with her husband, Todd, and their two daughters, one a proud Texas A&M graduate and the other continuing her studies at Texas A&M (Gig ’em!).
Grace Hill
Medical Assistant
Grace plays an integral role in guiding patients through every stage of their surgical journey. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Texas Tech University in 2023 and is currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. Her strong academic background, combined with her hands-on clinical experience, reflects her ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.Grace’s work ethic and determination are deeply rooted in her upbringing on a horse ranch in Colorado. She began competing in rodeo at just five years old and continued through college as a student-athlete on Texas Tech University’s rodeo team. Her dedication paid off when she qualified for the College National Finals Rodeo during her sophomore year. The resilience, time management, and composure Grace developed through rodeo continue to shape her approach to healthcare, allowing her to provide exceptional patient care.
Fallon
Front Desk Concierge
Fallon helps guides patients through the early stages of their surgical journey with clarity, care, and ease as concierge and advocate. She helps patients feel informed, supported, and at peace as they prepare for consultation, offering steady guidance and thoughtful education along the way. She is a highly experienced beauty and aesthetics professional with over two decades in the cosmetics industry and a refined focus in medical aesthetics over the past six years. Known for her vast knowledge of medical grade skincare, she brings a thoughtful and intentional approach to every aspect of her work.
At the heart of Fallon’s philosophy is a deep belief that true luxury lies in feeling seen, understood, and genuinely cared for. With a naturally gracious presence and meticulous attention to detail, she cultivates and encourages an experience rooted in trust, comfort, and connection.
A proud Fort Worth native, Fallon finds joy in the art of living well—through travel, dining, live music, and time spent with her beloved pit bull, Drake. She is currently pursuing her Registered Nurse licensure, furthering her commitment to excellence in the evolving field of aesthetics.

Registered Nurse
Kylie brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and genuine compassion to her role as a nurse, guided by a lifelong dedication to caring for others. A graduate of Texas Tech University (Wreck ’Em), she spent four years in the operating room, where she developed a strong foundation in surgical precision, attention to detail, and patient-centered care.
Known for her thoughtful, patient-first approach, Kylie is passionate about creating an elevated, supportive experience where each patient feels confident, comfortable, and truly cared for. She takes pride in delivering refined, natural results while fostering a warm, welcoming environment.
A former athlete, Kylie prioritizes health and wellness in all aspects of her life. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, Sunday night trivia, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Cash.
