About the Neck Lift Procedure

The face and neck are prone to lose youthful contours due to stress, environment, heredity, and gravity. When the neck doesn’t quite match the facial appearance, a neck lift, or lower rhytidectomy, could be a good solution. A neck lift procedure in Fort Worth performed by Dr. Goggin can correct excess fat and skin, muscle banding, and excess fatty deposits, leaving the neck area looking and feeling youthful again.

What Is a Neck Lift?

A neck lift achieves the most significant improvement by eliminating  signs of aging in all areas of the neck and produces a very natural appearance. During a neck lift procedure, muscles are tightened and sagging skin is removed to provide a more youthful appearance.

A neck lift is often performed along with a face lift procedure. The surgeon tightens the neck muscles and removes sagging skin to produce smoother, more youthful-looking neck contours. The surgeon can also remove fat deposits in the neck during this procedure.
