About RF Microneedling

As we age, our skin loses the ability to make collagen, causing skin to wrinkle and lose elasticity. In addition, years of sun exposure can result in changes in pigmentation and texture. Radiofrequency microneedling can improve the quality of your skin by significantly reducing wrinkles and age spots and tightening and lifting the skin on the face and neck. Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. James Goggin uses radiofrequency microneedling in Fort Worth to rejuvenate your skin.

What is Radiofrequency Microneedling?

Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment for skin rejuvenation. Radiofrequency energy is delivered deep into the dermis via the microneedling needles to enhance the benefits of microneedling. The thermal energy stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid to augment the benefits of microneedling with minimal damage to the skin. The combination delivers better results than either alone.  It can be safely performed on all skin types.

Radiofrequency Microneedling can help improve your appearance by targeting:

  • Loose skin and minor jowls
  • Fine and deep lines and wrinkles
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Enlarged pores
  • Acne
  • Acne scars
  • Traumatic scars
  • Surgical scars
  • Stretch marks
